Our ideas can do many different things, and we don't expect everyone to know them all at once. If you're unsure about something, or would like to remind yourself, this is the page for you!
On Eonive, your idea consists of a couple of parts. There's of course the body of your idea, where you write out what you're thinking of, with catchy title included as expected. With the multiple different projects going on on Eonive we also ask you to select to which of these projects your idea belongs to. If the project you have an idea for not in the list, we are unfortunately not working on that project anymore. Finally, we ask you to select at least one category on what your idea is about.
While we do allow you to share an idea without creating an account, we do still encourage you to post ideas from your account. This way, you can find them much more easily, edit them if needed, and stay up to date on comments and status changes of your idea!
Whenever you place a link to another website in your idea, the system will recognize these and make them into a clickable link. For this to work, you do have to start the link with https:// though.
Just like hyperlinks, you can place a link to an online image in your idea. Starting with the same https://, and ending in any common image extension like .png, the system will render the image into your idea.
Do you have a long idea, with several sections? When separating a single line of text with white lines, the system will convert it into a nice header for you.
Want to emphasize certain words or phrases? Surround bits of text with *, _, or ~ to make bold, italic, or strikethrough text.
